SHIPPING

If your order is made-to-order please allow 2-3 weeks from your order date for it to be cut, sewn and packaged. Ready-to-ship orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are between 2-7 business days within Canada. Please contact us at norademariaffi@gmail.com if you'd like to ship outside of Canada.

Delivery rates

• FREE local St. John's pick-up

• $5 local delivery to St. John's and surrounding areas

• Standard shipping in Canada is a flat rate of $20

Custom or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Email us to initiate and receive return address.

We offer free alterations to custom items.

​

In both cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
